By submitting a product inquiry, placing an order, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products & Food-Service Supplies
We distribute and sell food products and food-service supplies, including fresh produce, frozen foods, refrigerated foods, meat and protein products, seafood, canned and packaged foods, dry goods, condiments, and paper and food-service products, to commercial customers.
3. Product Inquiries & Orders
Customers may submit product inquiries or place orders through our website contact form, by email, or through other direct communication with our team. An order is not confirmed until it has been acknowledged by Eastern Food Services.
4. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes and pricing provided to customers are based on information available at the time of the quote and are subject to change based on market conditions, product cost, and availability. Pricing for a given order will be confirmed with the customer prior to fulfillment.
5. Product Availability & Substitutions
Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on supply, season, and market conditions. Where a requested product is unavailable, we may offer a substitution. Substitutions will only be made where agreed to by the customer or where applicable to the nature of the order.

9. Receiving & Inspection of Orders
Customers are responsible for promptly receiving and inspecting orders upon delivery. Any discrepancies, damage, or quality concerns should be reported to Eastern Food Services as soon as possible after delivery.
10. Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Products
Where an order includes perishable or temperature-sensitive products, the customer is responsible for ensuring prompt receipt and appropriate storage upon delivery. Eastern Food Services handles such products under appropriate conditions up to the point of delivery.
11. Returns & Credits
Returns or credits may be available where applicable, such as in cases of order error, product defect, or damage identified at the time of delivery. Requests for returns or credits should be directed to our team as soon as possible after delivery.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eastern Food Services, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, fulfillment, or delivery of products.
